I’m a bilingual professional with a background in administrative coordination, operations support, and client communication. Originally from Colombia, I spent four years living and working in Australia, where I completed a Diploma in Hospitality Management and developed strong skills in scheduling, team coordination, and high-volume customer service. I adapt quickly to new environments and systems, and I take pride in being reliable and detail-oriented. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness and staying active, I enjoy training and pushing myself physically, which keeps me disciplined and energized in everything I do.
